Dru Boyarsky is a seasoned real estate professional with almost two decades of experience in multifamily and commercial investments, asset management, and operations. He has been involved in more than 100 real estate acquisitions and brings a deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and financing to repositioning and optimization.

As the founder of Signature West, Dru focuses on delivering tailored asset management and consulting services to real estate investors, owner-operators, and third-party professionals. His hands-on approach, combined with a strategic mindset, enables clients to maximize asset performance, improve operational efficiency, and scale intelligently. Dru is known for his ability to bring stakeholders together, drive execution, and navigate complex projects with clarity and precision.

In addition to launching his consulting practice, Dru is the founder of Coda Equities, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning value-add multifamily and retail assets. At Coda, he leads all aspects of the business—including deal sourcing, financing, and asset strategy—while overseeing operations. Dru’s ability to identify and execute on high-potential opportunities has driven the firm’s growth.

Previously, Dru was a Partner at Monem Corporation, where he led the Property Management division overseeing 900+ units and directed all Asset Management initiatives, including acquisitions, financing, dispositions, and investor relations. He has extensive experience with structuring partnerships, 1031 exchanges, and renovation strategies, and has successfully managed large projects from inception through completion.

Dru earned a BBA from the University of Miami and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University. A Los Angeles native, he lives in Sherman Oaks with his wife, two kids and dog. He is a member of the LMU Real Estate Advisory Council (REAC) and actively supports several charitable organizations. Outside of work, Dru enjoys sports, fitness, food and wine, and music.
